Altius provides custom web design, web development, software engineering, and managed support services for businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work executed between Altius and the client.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our website or service offerings at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

For client projects: upon receipt of full payment, Altius assigns to the client all rights to the custom deliverables created specifically for that client, as specified in the project agreement. Altius retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Agreements and Payment

Specific terms regarding project scope, deliverables, milestones, and payment are governed by the individual project agreement or statement of work signed by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a project agreement, the project agreement shall control.

Invoices are due as specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Altius reserves the right to retain ownership of all deliverables until full payment is received.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. These links do not constitute an endorsement of those sites. We have no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party sites and accept no responsibility for them. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
